These are my adventures around the Canberra food scene, and occasionally elsewhere.

The capital may not be the world’s (or the country’s) centre of cuisine, but it is where I am, and there is quite a food scene to explore. As such, I am going to explore it all, then tell you about it. Enjoy!

    Hi there Tommy,

Peta from Liquid Ideas here. Hope this finds you well!

I just wanted to touch base with you as we look after the PR for Sage Restaurant and would love to pop you onto our lists, to keep you in the loop with upcoming news and information. I saw your blogs around the Gourmie Awards, and see that you gave the Sage wine list a nod, which is awesome!

The boys actually have a new member of the team, who started in as Head Pastry Chef today – Brian Campbell! Heis culinary creds are not to be sneazed at. Very exciting stuff.

Thanks so much, look forward to hearing from you!

      Hi Tommy,

Peta from Liquid Ideas here again, hope you’ve been well.

We’ve got some really exciting activity coming up in Canberra very soon that we’d love for you to be involved with.

Think Mexican and gourmet sausages. If this sounds like your thing, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Cheers, looking forward to hearing from you!
